Danny DeVito - The Penguin

Danny DeVito’s Penguin from Batman Returns is a classic.

This sculpt was by VS3D.

This took me a long time to finish. After creating Darth JarJar from scratch, I lost enthusiasm on painting other people's designs. I still have three other figures that have been sitting printed, but only partially painted, for almost two months. I'll try to get through those and then focus on original designs.

This print was pretty large. The jacket was about the maximum size that my printer can handle.

He was originally meant to have interchangeable heads, but they snapped on so tightly that I decided to only pick one. I chose the tophat.

The painting was straightforward. I used an airbrush for the larger areas and hand‑painted the details.
